Thank you for your interest in our little ethical food company, where we grow produce for our products on our biodiversity farm in Co. Wexford.  Our range chages throughout the year and we specialize in native wild ingredients.  Everything is made by hand in small batches, pure artisan.  We sell everything we make through our webshop, this would have the most comprehensive range of product and small batch seasonal specialities. Our flagship stores are NOLANS of Clontarf and Ardkeen Stores in Waterford who showcase our full range and have been so supportive of our small business.  Our Food Academy seasonal range is available in selected Supervalu in Dublin, Wicklow & Wexford.
