Fennel syrup with its delicious aniseed flavour is a delicious dessert syrup, drizzeled over ice cream, fresh fruit salad, or ideal to bake fruit. Fennel Syrup can be diluted as a hot or cold drink and can make the most delicious cocktails. Tip, use as a glaze for roast lamb, baste over roast last 10 mins in oven, will create delicious caramel crust with sensational aniseed flavour.

Nettle syrup is also delicious poured over ice cream, fresh fruit salad, even porraige. Nettle syrup can be used as a flavourant in baking and also makes the most delicious ice cream flavouring. Also try poaching fruit in Nettle syrup or glaze a roast ham, basting roast for last 10 minutes in over, creating a carmel crust with a delicious hint of nettle.

Our own delicious juicy Raspberries go to make up this sensational syrup. Try drizzle over ice cream, fruit salad, throw a dash in a smoothie, try with iced fizzy water, or drizzle over fruit and bake in the oven. Raspberry syrup can be used as a flavouring in baking, making ice cream or try put a dash in a chilled glass of Prosecco, sublime!

There is nothing quite like the taste and smell of delicious rhubarb. This reduced sugar syrup is like a big rhubarb hug. Delicious diluted with hot water, refreshing with iced water, simply sublime with Prosecco and amazing as a Mojito!

Drizzel over ice cream, fresh fruit sala, dash into a smoothie, drizzle over porraige.

Use as a flavour for baking or to make ice cream, use in whipped cream or drizzel in an apple tart for extra punch.
